Conditions of use


Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing an order.  If there is anything you do not understand please get in touch with Bram Racing before ordering.

Keep a copy of these terms together with your order for future reference.

By placing an order with Bram Racing you agree to these terms.

These terms of sale apply to all goods and services supplied by Bram Racing, (registered office; 1 Strathmore Gardens, South Elmsall, Pontefract, WF9 2BU) - (the ‘Supplier’).

No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (funds to clear). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract.

The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice given by agents or servants of Bram Racing during telephone or internet orders is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and all such advice should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by agents or servants of Bram Racing, such advice shall amount to an opinion only. Additionally, goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure can be accepted by Bram Racing for such alternative use, amendment or modification.

Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a consumer, in event of any breach of these conditions by the Company the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms and conditions are subject only to UK law.

‘Buyer’ - Customer


Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Bram Racing website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 7 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 7 day period, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.


We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either copyright of Bram Racing or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by Bram Racing will be taken very seriously.


We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards online or by phone or in person.  We can also accept cash in person.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques without a cheque guarantee card.

All on-line credit card transactions are processed through Paypal or Paypoint. These methods are very safe methods from reputable companies.  For online orders, we at Bram Racing do not collect or have access to card holders details.  These are collected only through the Paypal or Paypoint websites. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Order Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before it is dispatched. On telephone orders we do not take payment until the moment of dispatch and so refunds are not normally necessary when a telephone order is cancelled.  For online orders, payment is taken automatically, therefore a refund will take place before dispatch.   To cancel your order we need explicit instructions from the person who placed the order either by email or by phone.


An order may not be cancelled after it has been dispatched or while it is in transit, but must be treated as a return. In this eventuality a refund will be provided when the goods are returned to us.  See below for Order Returns.


We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again.
